If someone never worked out any part of their body then those parts not worked out are not at their potential, they are in a state of “atrophy” to some degree
The first time you go to the gym, no matter how bad shape or how good for that matter, if you haven’t worked a particular body part that body part will demonstrate noticeable gain immediately, and then there will be platue
