Well back at it. Life keeps getting too busy (3 kids under 7) and all the important things like physical fitness, PEing, etc fall to the wayside.

Anyway I’m going to try my best to stick with the newbie routine but the 200 jelqs in 10 minutes can sometimes be tough so I’ll squeeze in 100 (5 sets of 20 in different directions). Finding 1/2 hour to do jelqs is going to be really tough. The last time I was PEing for a few months I noticed better quality erections and a small length gains somewhere in the range of 1/4-3/4”.

What is the minimum for a newbie? Is it that important to hit a minimum of 200? If so I may have to stick it out.


Started PE Oct 1/06 - bpel 13.5cm (5.3") eg 13.5cm (5.3") el 12cm (4.7") Dec 1/06 - bpel 14.0cm (5.5") eg 13.5cm (5.3") el 12.5cm (4.9")

Currently - bpel 14.2cm (5.5") eg 14.0cm (5.6") el 13.0cm (5.1")

Max GOAL : EL 18.5cm (7.3") EG 15cm (6") "Although I will quit at first sign of interference with anal or oral"

It all depends on what your dick is telling you. Some believe less is more and some believe otherwise. Consistency is more important than anything.


Then 01/15/08 EBPL: 6.25 EG 5.10 Now 10/05/09 EBPL 7.75 EG 5.25 Girth work for 103 days.

New Short Term Goal: EBPL 8.0 EG 5.5 Lifetime goal 9x6.5 PE log and journal

There really is no “minimum”. If your dick is fatigued at the end of 200, then stick with that. Just don’t injure yourself trying to jelq to what someone else says is the minimum.

There isn’t a magic number; do whatever your dick tells you to. You have the previous PE experience to know if you are doing too much or too little.

Of course consistency is more important than amount, so if on some days you are supposed to be doing your PE but you only have time for 50 jelqs, just do 50.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

A light or paired down Newbie Routine will be beneficial.

My only caution is: if you don’t have time to properly warm-up then your benefit ratio lowers. ALWAYS do at least 5 minutes of warm-up.

At a bare minimum always do 50 Kegels a day - those you can do whenever and they’re the one PE exercise that doesn’t require any warm up.

They always positively impact your EQ.

I started with 5x30 sec stretches and 70 jelqs and gained 0.2 inches in 4 weeks. Maybe I could have gained the same amount with even less so there is no reason to start with 200 jelqs. Just start slow, follow your PI’s and add a little every time your gains slow or stop.
