What is THE exercise that an aspring PE'er cannot do without
I have been doing this now for about 5 months and have seen no real gain. Jelqs have increased the vascularity but that’s about it.
1. Downward lig stretches (but can’t tell whether I am stretching ligs or skin)
2. Jelqs with a 3 second hard kegel after each 2, for about 20 - 30 mins
3. Kegels for 3 secs x 10, 5 secs x 10 and 10 secs x 5 throughout the day.
What CAN I do to see some improvement? I feel like chucking the (hot!) towel in.
