What is THE exercise that an aspring PE'er cannot do without

I have been doing this now for about 5 months and have seen no real gain. Jelqs have increased the vascularity but that’s about it.

I do:

1. Downward lig stretches (but can’t tell whether I am stretching ligs or skin)

2. Jelqs with a 3 second hard kegel after each 2, for about 20 - 30 mins

3. Kegels for 3 secs x 10, 5 secs x 10 and 10 secs x 5 throughout the day.

What CAN I do to see some improvement? I feel like chucking the (hot!) towel in.

I think you should consider using a different technique like pumping to get things moving.

I would suggest that you switch up your stretching routine by doing some upward and 3:00 stretching or some v-stretches. And since you have 5 months under your belt, I would some suggest starting some light clamping with maybe 2 5 min. Sets.


Start(3-21-06) 7.25 NBEL 5.0 EG Now(5-25-06) 7.5 NBEL 5.1 EG,

8-20-06 Goal: 8.0 NBEL 5.3 EG, Ultimate Goal 9.0 NBEL 6 EG

Add JAI and inverted v stretches for length ans Ulis and horses for girth. Also consider clamping.

Clamping makes you look bigger the fastest, IMHO.

Overhand dry jelq with a cockring on, use a time limit, jelq no more than 15 minutes a day, 2 days on one off. Stop masturbating all together.

If so, what have your gains been like, and in what time frame?


My Before and After pics -- .5" gain...

It was hanging that finally got things moving for me.

The one thing we all agree on is that you should try something different. You have been PEing long enough that you should be conditioned enough for what ever more advanced routines you chose. Hope you find something that works for you.

Hmmm… That is a bummer.

Two questions:

1. How often do you do this routine, and are you “religious” with your devotion?
2. How accurate are your notes and measurements?

I ask because 5 months of someone doing it haphazardly, without taking notes of their routine and what they are doing, versus 5 months of someone with a devoted attitude (“I will never miss a session” mentality) is like comparing night and day.

Thanks for the replies, sorry I have been away a bit.

I have done this routine for at least 4 times per week apart from a few days on vac. Also, I am going to look up the exercises that you all suggest - ulis, horses, JAI etc. I guess I can find them all in the free articles.?

Another stupid question, forgive me - is it best to do, say, one day concentrating on hanging and V stretch, the next day on horses and ulis?

PS I already use the JAI stretch; it is just that I did not know the terminology when I posted!

No, it is better to do all on one day.
