What is the best way to warmup in your house

Hello Everybody.

I live with my parents and sometimes it’s difficult to put the rice sock 2 minutes into the microowaves at night to heat up in the beggining and another time at the end of session.

I’d like to know how you manage this.

I warm up in the very warm water in the shower of a morning and do my Jelqing routine then. At night I take another shower (after I go for a run) and warm up again for my stretching routine.

Yes, I like to keep clean.;)

I’d imagine that heating up a rice sock in Brazil, especially when it’s already warm there would attract attention.

I can’t think of a discrete way to do it without raising eyebrows over an extended period of time, unless you find a way to heat up something else in your room ?

I Filled up a sock with rice and heat it in the microwave fore 35 sec. And it stays warm for a good 10 min. I just say I use it for my groin to loosen it up. Gives me alone time and doesn’t look suspicious.

I have the same problem as you mbg_nh, I still live with my parents and found it difficult to pop the rice sock in the microwave before stretching/jelqing, then again after stretching/jelqing. I simply had an electric heating pad the was my family’s and told my parents I needed it for my lower back because of the new power lifting routine I am on (I am actually doing a power lifting routine so it worked perfectly). Now I just keep it on my night table and plug it in and turn it on whenever the heck I feel like it.

Do you do your session in the shower? Doesn’t take a lot of time under the water?

And how do you do to warm out? My biggest problem is after the session, because then it looks very suspicious. In the beggining, I can heat up a tea in the microwave.

I use a empty bottle of water - put warm water in it and press it against my penis. When I’m done with it I put the empty bottle in my school bag or my shelf

Bath. A VERY hot bath then to warm down i drain some water and add more hot water. If laying in the bath gets annoying sitting on the side with my feet in the tub is pretty much the same as sitting on a chair.. with no back.

Goal: To get to the other end of the ruler.

Just look up “electric heating pad”, and go to Google Images, and the picture that you see are somewhat similar to the heating pad I have. I don’t know how much they cost because we pretty much have had it for like 22 years now since I was born but I wouldn’t imagine they would be too expensive. All I do is plug it in, set it to a hot level because I do not put it right on my skin, I have the heat going through my underwear, and just move it around slightly every 1.5 or so minutes until I have warmed my entire area.

A infrared light actually, thing looks absolutely ancient but certainly does the trick.

And when I can’t use it because of privacy problems I’ll just take a long shower and use the hot water for warming up.

Does the water stay hot until the end of your session, so you can warm down?

I just go back out and heat it up again. If they ask questions I just say it got cold.

Yes, I also do my session in the shower of a morning, under the warm water. The continual heat helps when I jelq/stretch etc. My morning session takes around 25 minutes in total time and water usage is not bad as I fitted a water saving shower head. This combined with higher water pressure means I use the same amount of hot water I previously did prior to PE when I spent around ten minutes in the shower each morning.

A bath would probably be even better I guess for getting continual heat and the water useage is more consistent.

The water usually cools down after 30 minutes so I usually put fresh warm water into it when I warm down.

No need to microwave it, just mix hot water + cold water = warm water
