So I want to get back to PEing again after Long break.

But I know that I am not going to be able to keep it up for long if I try too hard.

I need a really simple routine to reach my goals.

Right now I am: 7” BPEL and 5.1” EG
My goal is: 7.5” BPEL and 5.5” EG (or more)

So yeah EG is alot more important for me now. I am really into doing orange-bends (or whatever you call them). I do them 10 min. Every other day. But Will that be enough?
Also, should I keep doing stretches? Or are there better exercises for length?


Start (April 07): BPEL= 6.3" EG= 4.7"

Now (October 08): BPEL= 7" EG= 5.0"

Goal : BPEL= 7.5" EG= 6"

Start off gently with the Newbie routine to gently re-condition your penis. Girth exercises are generally more dangerous than length exercises so you want your penis to be well prepared for them.

Stick with stretches for length. Hanging is good, but if you want to be able to do PE the simple route, just stretch.

For girth, after a few weeks of the Newbie routine, keep doing your jelqs, but each couple of weeks, add a different girth exercise to the jelqs, so for a couple of weeks it may be jelqs + O bends, next couple of weeks it may be jelqing + slinkys or clamping etc.

All the different girth exercises hit the tissues slightly differently, so vary them every couple of weeks to get the most out of them.

Good luck with further gains.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
