What is the best thing for girth gains

Hi I’m new to this, at the moment I’d like to concentrate on girth mainly as my girth is between 4.25” and 4.5” EG with 6.5” BPEL, 6” EL. My short term goal 5” EG long term 5.75-6” EG

I agree with gp (as usual). Once you’ve established a consistent routine for a few months you can start to explore more advanced techniques (pumping, clamping). Jelqing alone gave me close to a quarter-inch gain in girth.

What gprent said is absolutely true.

It can take time to master the ‘jelq’ strokes properly for effective results so the best thing to do is to learn how to jelq properly. I remember when I started and didn’t really get the technique right until after a whole month of the newbie routine! But, it was worth it as I have perfected the technique to the point where I now modify my routines that best suits me.

Just take your time and learn, this way you won’t encounter any type of injury/s. Best of luck JoeRen.
