What is the best stretch to start with
So I was just curious when first starting off what stretch did you guys do? I haven’t done any stretching yet but I just wanna see what everyone does. I read somewhere on the forums(I just can’t remember where) that when new to PE it is good to really stretch the ligs first? So would the BTC stretch be best for starting off? Or should I do the rotor stretch hitting each direction for 30 seconds then doing a 90 degree rotation from straight, down, left, up, right, straight, down, etc.. That way I can hit both my ligs and the tunica on the upward stretch
