I’ve been thinking, can you get better gains by jelqing at a certain angle? Is up better, or is down? I’ve been thinking that maybe I should do this in correlation with the LOT theory. Since I have a LOT range of 9 to 10 o’clock, should I be jelqing in a downward direction?

In my opinion it does’nt matter. What matters is the grip pressure and the amount of blood you kegel into you unit right before the stroke.

Jelqing in a downward direction helps keep blood in the penis. I also feel like more length is available for jelqing this way as well. Plus with a mid range LOT the slight downward stretch might help for length too
