What is PE EXACTLY?

What is PE EXACTLY?

When someone “does PE”, are we really talking about simply extending and/or exposing the “root” of the penis? I’ve seen some pic’s where the ligaments look like they have been pulled out from the body. Of course, I’m talking about length here.

Onto girth. Are girth gains re-generating smooth muscle tissues or busting up the spongy tissues?

I know these questions have been addressed before, but I like starting threads for all of the newbs.

Finally, once someone reaches goals for length and girth, must a person “PE” forever, or can you wean completely off of the exercises? Vets, thanks for your patience in advance, for a question that has most certainly been answered many times before.

Short of a biopsy or dissection pre-and post-PE, I don’t know that anyone can answer definitively where the additional size from PE comes from, in length or in girth.

As to permanence of gains, that has been the subject of many debates over the years. I think it is safe to say that some claim permanent gains without further maintenance, some have lost gains after discontinuing PE, and others have gained and kept their gains with some kind of maintenance routine. I don’t know that it is possible to tell in advance which group any given individual will find himself in.

Permanence of gains is pretty much a non-issue in my mind, as I have gotten better EQ from PE, so I don’t plan on ever stopping PE completely. I would continue PE just to maintain the improved EQ.

What are the best techniques for continued EQ? The linear newbie routine, or something simpler?

I thought about continue PE even after reaching my goals. And the routine I have in my mind is simple. I think some stretching and jelqing, lets say about 10-15 mins total in the shower, for 3 days/week, is enough to maintain the size and health.
