What is clamping

Hey guys,

I was wandering what clamping is and what you use to do it? Does it hold blood in your penis while you jelq? Please let me know.

The red thing is the clamp. You can find posts about it by searching (top right of every page) for “cable clamp.” However, if you’re still new to PE you should be using a clamp yet.
