What is best to cool down or apply heat at the end

Hey guys I’m new to PE an I have been doing the newbie routine for about 2 1/2 Weeks. My question or curiosity is what helps more after a PE session to use a hot wrap or to cool down with an ice pack or cold water.

My curiosity on this subject comes due to my workouts. For example the other day I worked out my legs hard an to help speed up my recovery I applied an ice pack. Could the PE exercises be the same on my penis and so would I recover faster by applying an ice pack at the end. I do know that heat also has healing properties but normally I would apply heat to my muscles like my legs After 1 day. I would appreciate any help with this question.

I have been wondering this too. Usually I am out of time and finish up in the shower so I guess I am finishing with heat.

I don’t see how ice would be of benefit to PE. Ice is used on skeletal muscles largely to reduce inflammation after exercise/injury. Heat would be more applicable to PE, as it enhances blood flow and delivers oxygenated blood to the tissues.

I’m also curious about this. Would applying cold to your penis, after a PE session, while in an elongated state help “lock in” gains?

Perhaps, but surely any elongated state after PE would disappear immediately upon applying ice. The second I step into a cold shower I turtle like hell.

What I was thinking was wearing an ADS to stay fully elongated then applying a cold pack.

There was a post I had read last week that said to use cold water after your session an that you would still gain. I’m posting from my phone so I can really look for the post an copy it on here but once I get to a computer I’ll do it. I don’t turtle after a PE session if I take a cold shower it stays engorged for a good while I don’t stay in the cold water for too long the I up the temperature.
