What is best to cool down or apply heat at the end
Hey guys I’m new to PE an I have been doing the newbie routine for about 2 1/2 Weeks. My question or curiosity is what helps more after a PE session to use a hot wrap or to cool down with an ice pack or cold water.
My curiosity on this subject comes due to my workouts. For example the other day I worked out my legs hard an to help speed up my recovery I applied an ice pack. Could the PE exercises be the same on my penis and so would I recover faster by applying an ice pack at the end. I do know that heat also has healing properties but normally I would apply heat to my muscles like my legs After 1 day. I would appreciate any help with this question.
