What is a suitable break into a new routine?

So I have been having some issues lately and think that maybe I should tone down and/or alter my routine. My routine used to be roughly 400 jelqs, 150 v jelqs, 50 half jelqs, 5 ulis and 12-15 mins of stretching intermittently, all together taking up about 1 hr and a half session, 4-5 times a week(4 times usually) for a little over a year. I’ve been told this was a decently intense workout and have gotten gains from it however lately I’ve been suffering with EQ. While I don’t suspect the main cause of this to be porn use(I only ever used porn to get myself hard enough to jelq like 70% then focused on my penis only until soft again, got in around 125 jelqs before I had to re-stimulate that way and I use porn to edge/masturbate maybe once or twice for the week otherwise), I am still going to cut out porn or at least severely cut down on it. I used to use porn to get myself hard relatively quickly because I don’t have very much free private time to myself where I could PE so it helped me do my routine quickly. As such I’m looking for a less intense routine or maybe one geared more towards improving EQ rather than increasing size. It doesn’t have to meet all criterion but suggestions about routines that 1) are maybe less intense 2) take less time(also wondering if splitting routines is a bad idea, I.e certain exercises during the day for 30 mins + 30 mins at night is okay) 3) offer benefits to EQ as a priority.

So far I haven’t done PE for about 10 days(also 10 days with no porn whatsoever) and I am wondering how many days should I take off to recover if in fact my penis was injured by my previous routine?

Additionally I would like to know anyone’s experience with a routine that really gave them great EQ improvements, even if size gains were not great. Although I would rather have both, I really want to improve EQ for now.

Is self bumping permitted? I seem to be doing it now for an answer lol

It ain’t expressly permitted. That said, it ain’t frowned upon except if done in excess. Especially if you’ve got a ton of responses and are fishing for attention. (which ain’t the case here at this point, just making a statement)

It’s really hard to critique another man’s routine. Meaning, if you haven’t been hurt and you have seen gains…you know best what you really need. Because EQ, is really based on what exercises make you hard. Then what exercises make you harder, longer when you do them.

For me, the ULI#3 and a medium amount of pumping keep me ready to go multiple times a day. For others the wet jelq helps EQ. So…really, just experiment if EQ is your goal cuz only you can find that puzzle piece for your body.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I’ve heard about gentle wet jelqing to help EQ. Also with respect to edging or ballooning which one is considered best for EQ?

Finally a lot of people talk about upping their routine, more intense, more time etc but anyone have insight on reducing the routine?
If I’m not planning to reduce the routine itself I may just split it, to afternoon and nightime but same routine. Good idea or will it affect gains?

Splitting it has no direct effect with most methods used. I’d say, if you were doing long duration pumping, the effect would be different as long duration pumping gets a different effect with one longer chunk of time over two shorter ones. And it depends on what you’re doing.

With a manual oriented routine, I don’t see a difference.

Edging or ballooning is about how you react to it. Edging, for me is the best. Ballooning for others…is better. You have to pick your EQ deals for yourself. It’s your penis, not mine. I can’t pick for you.

I remember your last thread, correct me if I’m wrong it was about EQ/ED with your girlfriend. You took two of the steps suggested for EQ/ED issues….you stopped PE for a period and you stopped porn..very good. But there was one more step suggested….your still dwelling on your issues and in my experience which I recently dealt with you need to give your mind a break. The brain has a major effect on EQ/ED ask any urologist. Many younger guys are going to them for treatment and it’s starts upstairs not down. It doesn’t sound like you have an injury just a mental block. Come back when that’s fixed and experiment between edging and ballooning. Edging also works for me better then ballooning but I’m not you, nor are you me.

Ah, that’s new to me. So really, if I’m having to masturbate to get hard again for jelqing, the technique I’m using should change?

Slow jelqs (4+ secs) is what causes my EQ to drop if that’s the case

Yeah I’m all manual exercises so splitting sounds like a good idea right now for when I do actually plan to start again. Always did edging and always ended up ejaculating so I’ll try ballooning when I get the chance since it has a lower chance of making me finish I think and not ejaculating would be a good idea for me right now.

Yeah I guess I was just worried that my year of PE was going to get wasted if I took a break too long so I wanted to get back on the saddle as quickly as I can, safely at least. I don’t believe I have an injury either but my attitude towards the whole thing is a whole lot better now so I was thinking I’d be ready to start again soon is all. Have already did edging for awhile but I’ll give ballooning a try to experiment when I do start again.
