What is a safe workout when you have a boner

Apologies if this has been asked and answered before, but I don’t see agreement on this question anyhwere else. Some poeple say no hard jelqs, but other say do it. SAme with ohter exercises. What is a confused newbie to do?

Do them only when you’ve done a lot of 70% erection jelqing and when you are more tuned with your penis.

Jelqing at high erection levels is dangerous. Doubly so if you are a newbie. If you are just starting out, stick to a short, simple routine like the Newbie Routine.
