What is a kegel

I’m just starting out.on the newbie guide for step 5 it says 50 kegels of five second holds each, how exactly do you do a kegel I can’t seem to find it anywhere.

Find it by trying to stop a flow of urine. Contract that muscle for 5 seconds.
