I just started hanging and I was thinking what would happen if you started to get a boner while your hanging? I mean is there any risk of injury if that happens?

Its highly unlikely you will get a boner while hanging. If you feel one coming on then stop hanging until said boner subsides.

Don’t start hanging until you have properly conditioned yourself. Otherwise that is how you will injure yourself.
