What fingers are actually used In the OK grip

I use the overhand ok grip wiht just my pointer and thumb when doing jelqs and stretches. Is that right?

Yes. If your pointer finger is also known as your index finger, first finger, finger most commonly used to pick your nose, etc.

When you form an O with your thumb and pointer finger, that’s an OK grip.

When your palm is facing up when you do it, so your pinky is closest to your body when you jelq, that’s underhand.

When your palm is facing down and your thumb and first finger are closest to your body, that’s an overhand.

Or at least, so says I.

On the other hand if you are in the circus and you tend to like using your sixth finger and thumb then go for that too.

Marcus_J, you could also try using your middle finger in addition to the index. Using this method, you won’t be able to get as near to the base with your overhand jelqs, but the strength of an extra finger increases the pressure that you can achieve.

Index finger, occasionally ill switch to middle finger if my index finger gets tired or something
