Hey guys I’ve been following the newbie routine for about 6 weeks now have gained about .3 in BPEL and some girth not sure how much but my dick feels and looks girthier. My thing is the newbie routine is going well I do this

1. Warm-up 5-10 min hot shower
2. Manual stretches in shower
-Straight out, left, right, straight down 2x
- Straight up 3x
- JAI stretch 10 reps
- V-stretch 2-3x
All stretches are held for 30 sec

3. Jelq- wet jelq for about 100-150 strokes 3 secs varying erection levels but never about 75% or so
4. Cool down- run cold water on dick
5. Kegels- 5-10 mins worth

I want to know is there anything I can do to add some variety to my routine. I’m not ready to try clamping for at least another 2 months, not sure about hanging. I’m in medical school and share an apartment with a buddy so it’s hard to have free private time, so most of my work is in the shower. Any suggestions on how change things up a bit. Thanks

I’ll play the responsible one and say that’s a fairly aggressive routine for a newbie routine. That’s a lot of stretching, and advanced ones as well. Have you been doing that one the whole time?

If you’re going to add in new things I would do more jelqs at higher erection levels, Orange bends and maybe Ulis. Start slow though and feel it out.


Jelq, ADS, repeat.

Final Goal: 8EL x 6.2

Well the stretching really doesn’t take more than about 7-8 minutes to finish. I just started to do the V-stretch this week. The jelqing is about 5-7 minutes worth. I really didn’t think it was that different than the newbie routine. By the way what is an Orange bend (is it a girth or length exercise) it is not in the exercise description page. My overall routine really without the warmup/cooldown take no more than 15 minutes.

If your gaining there’s no reason to switch your routine.


Then 01/15/08 EBPL: 6.25 EG 5.10 Now 10/05/09 EBPL 7.75 EG 5.25 Girth work for 103 days.

New Short Term Goal: EBPL 8.0 EG 5.5 Lifetime goal 9x6.5 PE log and journal

I would say it is a bit aggressive but your EQ level should warn you about that. So if erection power weakens I would add in breaks. For an aggressive routine like yours I would have a break day in between sessions.

You have grown well on this routine though, so other than a day off between sessions I would not change a thing. Except you may want to do longer jelqs. 3-5 seconds or longer. This may reduce your jelq count back some but quality is always better than quantity.

Well my erections have been rock solid. I do kegels a good amount I do them in class when the professor is boring as shit so that may help with the EQ. I’m doing the standard 2 on 1 off but sometimes I’ve taken 2 days off in a row. I’m not trying to get more agressive with my routine but just wanting to add variety into it as it is getting a bit repetitive. I have a high LOT so I’m trying to do stretching that hits the tunica, though I’m not neglecting the lig stretches. Thanks guys measuring next week so I will see whats going on. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Work on the ligs more your newbie gains will come from working the ligs. The LOT theory has been pretty much abandoned. Jelq downward, then upward and, to the left to the right. Make it interesting.

No I won’t be the one saying PE is bullshit. But I won’t be giving the information out freely. But I don’t plan on becoming a urologist, I want to go into orthopedics so I don’t know how much talk about penis enlargement would come up in my practice
