What exercises next
Hey guys I’ve been following the newbie routine for about 6 weeks now have gained about .3 in BPEL and some girth not sure how much but my dick feels and looks girthier. My thing is the newbie routine is going well I do this
1. Warm-up 5-10 min hot shower
2. Manual stretches in shower
-Straight out, left, right, straight down 2x
- Straight up 3x
- JAI stretch 10 reps
- V-stretch 2-3x
All stretches are held for 30 sec
3. Jelq- wet jelq for about 100-150 strokes 3 secs varying erection levels but never about 75% or so
4. Cool down- run cold water on dick
5. Kegels- 5-10 mins worth
I want to know is there anything I can do to add some variety to my routine. I’m not ready to try clamping for at least another 2 months, not sure about hanging. I’m in medical school and share an apartment with a buddy so it’s hard to have free private time, so most of my work is in the shower. Any suggestions on how change things up a bit. Thanks
