What exercise am I Doing?

I can’t seem to figure out what exercise I’m actually doing. I thought it was ballooning but it’s different. What I’ve been doing is squeezing the base of my penis at 100% erection while pumping blood and masterbating to right before ponr. It’s like edging and ballooning, but while squeezing as much blood in as possible. My flaccid hang is much bigger afterwards and my erect girth is also expanded. Is this a named exercise? I feel like it works either way.

It sounds like you’re doing Clamping with no clamp and edging/ballooning while clamped. Take a look at the clamping video.

Clamping holds the blood in with a device, which you’re using your hand for. And then you’re arousing yourself to the max, going to the ponr then back again. So that’s ballooning while clamped.

Suggestion: Get a clamp and cushion, save your hand the strain. *chuckles*

I started PE 5 months ago, Doing basic overhand lubricated sitting down jelqing for 15 mins a day 5 days a week. And I haven’t been seeing much results. Was wondering if anybody has any advice on what I should do? I’ve gained about 0.15 inches in girth since I’ve started and none in length.

Sounds to me like overtraining. 15 minutes of jelqing daily is more than I’ve ever done. 5 days a week is a long stretch to go on top of that. I’d recommend a month’s worth the rest and to follow the Newbie Routine closely. START HERE ——-> NEWBIE ROUTINE <——- Important Newbie Info

Cuz less is more in the beginning. 15 minutes is a LONG time to jelq just to do it daily from the very beginning. So you probably are pushing yourself just hard enough that you’re resisting the training. Can’t overdo it from the start. Then you don’t gain.

Also, because I did not say it before, the setup you’re using is pretty intense. So while you may be gaining now, just be careful. It may be harder to gain with less intense exercises later and it is easier to overdo it with what you are doing now.

It says on the newbie routine to gradually increase jelqing to 30 minutes over the first six weeks from 10 minute jelqs. Is that recommended?

Yes, but this is not a strict recommendation. Do not be afraid to protract this out as far as you need to. Many start with half of the Newbie and progress slower and still see gains. So only do what you’re comfortable with.

I started with the linear routine one month ago (currently doing only two series of 30 second stretches in each direction, 80 jelqs and warming) and I have gained 7 mm.

Go slow but sure! :)

I think most recommend a week’s rest, tops, unless you have an injury. Especially early on. YOU CAN DO IT, JACOB!!!
