What exactly is an ULI

I’m seeing lots of mentions of a technique referred to as an ULI, but a trip to the magical search button didn’t quickly land me a good description.

What is an ULI?

Manually clamping off the base with an OK or reverse OK grip. The original namesake ulistretch, would then pull (or push?) the trapped blood slightly towards the glans, further pressurizing it, and got amazing head girth gains. Over time ULI has come to refer to all kinds of manual clamping though.

Thanks for clearing that up. No wonder I keep seeing it everywhere.

That clears it up. I’ve actually been doing these for years, just didn’t realize it was called an ULI.
