Sometimes I feel like I read through these threads and it sounds like just about anything that you can do to your dick aside from masturbating or sex will make it bigger. I know that’s not true, but the more we discuss, the more exercises and theories are developed.

So, lets look at it different. I don’t want to hear people tell me what works. I want to hear what doesn’t work. I want to learn from your mistakes. How much is too much? How much is not enough? What exercises are pointless? What discourages you? Etc.

I think the most important thing for not making it work is inconsistency. I can’t point out any particular exercise, but as long as you’re consistent and listening to your PI it will add some. :)

Follow the newbie routine for as long as you can whilst gaining results and not over-straining your unit which you can check via your physiological indicators. If all is fine except that you are not gaining, then after a few months, you should hopefully have an idea what your penis may or may not respond to. At this point it is up to you to delve into all that advice and choose a route. If however, you are still gaining on the newbie routine, then why change?

Almost everyone here proffers the advice of taking it easy when trying out a new exercise or technique for PE. In my mind this is sensible, as no matter what your positive growth targets are, the negative of an injured penis far outweighs them. So be cautious. You may find that you can do a lot to your dick and it will respond favourably. You may find that you have to do virtually very little and gains will come easily.

So what doesn’t work? Injury is my only answer. Sorry if I am repeating along the lines of what you have already read on your search through the threads. Good luck.

That is something that you will have to find out yourself, nobody can tell you what will work or not for you. For some less is more and some of us have very intense routines. Read and learn, find out what works for you. Nobody can do that for you.

Obviously, straight masturbation won’t work either. Anything that uses a “down” motion which doesn’t stretch the penis outward in some direction.
