What does what

I’m just curious. What exercises cause what to happen as I’ve read a lot of things and there is some mixed results I am getting.

So
Jelqs - Increase Girth
Kegels - Increase stamina/EQ
Stretching - Increases Length

Just curious if this is correct , and also what other work outs are out there and what do they do.

I thought that jelqs were for both length and girth, and actually I thought they helped a lot in length, am I wrong?

Everyone reacts differently, but I personally have never seen my length gain from jelqing. I respond very quickly in girth though. For the record, I jelq at probably 30-60% erect, which many believe will induce length but not girth enhancement. Fortunately length is my secondary concern. I am a big supporter of traction devices as they will aid in both length and girth gains. Just my .02
