I’ve got a pretty low lot, somewhere between 6.00 and 7.00, but when I get fully erect, my dick point somewhere between 10.00 and 11.00. Does this say anything about which way I should stretch? Is the angle of your erect dick says anything about the angle to stretch, as it does with LOT? Thanks in advance!

Ignore LOT entirely is my suggestion. It was an idea suggested by one of our members years ago and was never proven useful, one way or the other.

A medium to low correlation to age is pretty much all you can get out of erection angle.
