Hi everyone. I don’t really know how this PE work out is going for me. Maybe I just need someone to tell me it’s working and I need to keep working at it. I think I started to hard, it was to much for my penis. I never had much pain but allot of dark spots and maybe a slight decrease in EQ, some pain in the glans now and then, anyway I took a few days of and started the newbie routine and I can’t really say if it’s working.

When I started (when I overdid it) I noticed that my penis was hanging more fully when flaccid and it still is, it could be because of the heat here. It’s summer and really warm but it hangs more fully. I saw some gains in erect length, may 0.15 inch or so, but maybe that was just because of improved EQ, I don’t know. And I am not really sure I have had any improved EQ but sometimes it feels like it. So it hangs more fully flaccid, there could be some small erect length and I am not sure about the EQ. I had good EQ before I started so it’s hard to tell.

I have been doing some dry jelq instead of wet sometimes, is the newbie routine only wet jelqs? And must it be at some erection level? Sometime it feels like there is enough blood to work with even if I loose my erection so I keep going a while and work up a new erection after a while.

Hey keybord.

It seems that you have over-worked your penis through too much pressure (from hand grip and erection level) and/or too many reps.

Dry jelqs is what I have always done ( and always will ), but what you must remember in relation to wet jelqs is that:

- When dry jelqing, MUCH LESS pressure is needed to work the penis, as someone once put it, imagine your penis as an egg, don’t crack it! -
- MUCH LESS reps are needed to give the same effect in relation to wet jelqing - start at around 20-30 reps and increase incrementally every month, unless your gaining!

Also, a quick tip. depending on what you want to work - length or girth - you may want to increase or decrease your erection level accordingly.

NEVER go above 75 % erection level , as this pressure is capable of seriously injuring your penis - and you only have one!
A good test is to make sure that you can squeeze the penis and it not feel like you cannot compress your penis to the point where your finger and thumb can compress it about .25 of an inch inwards, while making sure that it is safely below your 75% limit - though if you are starting out, keep it at 60 % so you can get used to how your penis reacts to PE.

I think that because of all the extra touching and sensation exposure to the penis, the EQ quality DOES decrease.. At first anyway. But once your being intimate with someone and it’s more of an arousal experience, you’ll notice most of the hard work and gains to be visible. You really really really need to be patient with the whole process.. And the only person who will have something good to say will be your partner. :)

Ok so if I do dry jelqs I don’t as many as when I do wet jelqs? I normally start at a high erection level but the erection level drops fast and then I keep jelqing because it feels like I got enough blood to work with, and after a while I work up a new erection. Maybe I squeeze to hard, I often do it so hard that my hands get tired. Maybe it’s to hard.

Take it alot more easy, I also used to treat my penis like when I do regular training; going to the absolute maximum.

However, this didn’t work out for me at all and after taking a couple of days off and starting again with just moderate pressure and grip I started seeing a increase in EQ, veins became more visible and overall it just felt better. So just try some stuff out, you’ve already noticed that the rough and hard method doesn’t work for you, maybe being gentle with it will do the trip.

And remember, it’s a process that takes time. Just observe your PI’s and as long as they are positive you are going in the right direction.

Yea ok. But sine I don’t always has an erection, just work with the blood I have pumped in I thought it’s best to squeeze hard. So is it possible to make your penis bigger with light pressure? An I have problems keeping an erection. Will it work with low pressure and low erection level?

Low pressure and low erection level tend to increase length more than girth I believe (thought I’ve read that here somewhere, not absolutely sure about it).
Just try to find a nice middle-ground solution for it, like when you’re on 80% erect apply low squeezes/pressure and the other way around with 20% erect a bit more pressure.
Whatever you do, try to avoid serious discomfort and/or pain. As for making gains, that differs for everyone. Some make great gains on hard and rough workouts, some on gentle workouts.

As for the problem of keeping an erection, stop watching porn and jerking off every day. Give it some rest, that might help.

I have a girlfriend so I am being intimate allot with her. But still it’s hard to tell if the EQ has gotten any better. Maybe it’s because I never had any problem with my eq earlier.

Hard to give it a rest since I have a girlfriend. But sometime I do think it could help with some rest.
