If You guys had to pick 2 best exercises for girth, what would they be ?

Your join date is March 2006, so you should only be sticking with the basics now. That means the Newbie Routine.

The first port of call for focusing on girth gains is jelqing with a slightly higher erection level than normal, perhaps around 60-80%. You can begin to vary your erection level while jelqing after following the NR for a few weeks, I’d say.

After several months of (properly) doing the NR, your dick will be conditioned enough for you to move onto the more advanced exercise of clamping, which can result in significant girth gains.

So: answer = jelqing and clamping to begin with.

Alright, Ill just keep up the NR for now. I know I have to start slow.. Id like to do all of it at once, but I don’t want to do any damage.

Yes, it’s really good to be aware of injury. What do you mean by doing all of it at once?
For the time being, do nothing beside your newbie routine. Jelqing, stretching and kegeling are all what you need.

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

Please listen to the vets. I didn’t, and I wish I had. You are only a newbie once and MANY here gained significantly by completing the Newbie routine. I did not, and now my penis is a conditioned to my routine. I think I may have been able to gain more if I had stuck with what I was told.

Too much too soon can lead to injury, but that is not the only danger. Too much too soon can also shock your tissues into a defensive response making future gains more difficult.

It is in your best interest to walk the path others have trod, before blazing your own trail. PE is YEARS of work, Uber. Remember that, and you will be better off than 80% of the “members” on this board.

Stick to the newbie routine for 3 months and then start using these: clamping and horses.

Will do guys. You’ve been thru all this, You know much more about it than I do. I don`t want to take chances.

So if I do 2 days on 1 off .. Can I have sex on the day off ? Can I have sex on same days as my routine ? Like You said.. Never too much.

Yeah I know what You mean Bird but thats what happened last time man. I tried not even 2 hrs after my routine and man.. Took me couple of minutes and I was done.. Then couldn’t even get it up again for another round so.. Will see maybe I just have to get used to it.

I have a similar problem, Uber. PE has made me much more “sensitive”…

I’d say horses for a month before clamping, just to be safe, and to condition yourself for the clamping.

I pumped for a month before I started clamping (and after the noob rooteen).
