I´m doing PE for about 1 year now and have seen great increase in length, but I want more of course.
But at the same time, I want more girth too.

My routine now is, 4 on 1 off
45 min stretch (all kind of stretch)
45 min Jelq

Now I want change my routine to 3 on 1 off:
45 min stretch (all kind of stretch)
45 min clamp
And jelq every two day.

What do you think?

Start: 1 feb 2008: 14,5 cm

Now: 12 sep 2008: 16,5 cm

Goal: 18 cm (1 jun 2009?)

45 mins clamping is far too much. Try that and we will see you in the injury forum on damage to blood vessels, lymphatic vessels, and discolouration.

I hope you have read everything you can find on clamping, or at least read the clamping 101. If not, please spend the next few days doing some reading.

If you have stopped gaining with your current routine, try slowly introducing a little bit of clamping to what you are already doing. That will give far better results and greater long term gains than jumping into a heavy clamping routine that would just toughen up the tissues of your penis to the point where you would struggle to gain anything.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

45 minutes stretching daily isn’t a joke, also,

From what I read, Clamping isn’t something to be taken lightly. After a year, you should be ready for it, but I doubt it’s good to just jump into 45 minutes. I think I saw somewhere that taking times of 5-10 minutes each is the best way to go at the beginning. I could be wrong though. Someone please confirm. :)

Like firegoat said, have you stopped gaining? Or have you just gotten bored of it? If you haven’t stopped, I wouldn’t change anything.. If you have.. Slowly ease yourself into a new routine, don’t just jump into one right away. Do like he said and READ READ READ Research saves penises. :D

If you are still gaining with your current routine why change? It appears you are already doing allot.
