What do you think about my routine
Hi, I am not totally newbie to PE. I was doing dry jelqs for 4 weeks (like newbie routine) and I gained about 0.2 cm BPEL
Well, to be honest, I wasn’t satisfied, so I created my own routine
It’s 3 days on 1 day off
Dry jelqs only
1. Day
Hot wrap (any possible way.. It doesn’t matter how)
5 min stretch (left right up down for about 15s 5 times each direction)
20 min dry jelqs ( totally 15 mins of normal dry jelqs (overhand or normal, depends on my hands how are they exhausted), 3 mins C jelqs(dry jelq with two hands) and 2 mins of penis holds (I don’t know how to call or if it’s here, but you hold your penis from the base with whole hand and then you hold every finger stronger from the base until the whole blood is in the shaft and hold for about 6-10s (something like long jelqs))
3 min strech same as before jelqs
This will be done during the day
And before sleep time, I will do some stretches and about 5 min of dry jelqs
2. Day same as day 1.
3. Day same as day 2.
4. Day off
5. Day same as day 1 but +1 min of each jelqs - 23 min
6. Same as 5.
7. Same as 6.
8. Day off
9. + 1 min of stretches before jelqs, +1 min of each jelqs
10 11 same as 9
12 off
13 +1 min of stretches after jelq, +1 min of each jelqs
Etc etc
Every new 3 days +1 min of jelqs and 1 min of stretches before or after
Am now exactly at 15 BPEL
I will give you report after one month
