What do you guys eat ?

(Not sure if this is in the right thread or not, but if any moderators have the urge to move this to a different thread, not a problem with me. :])

As a martial arts practitioner, I am allowed to only eat certain things that won’t effect my physique, stamina, focus, etc.

When guys do PE, there has got to be a proper diet to maintain for speeding up results. If there is, anybody mind sharing their experience with PE & Food Intake ?

Why don’t you tell us what you are eating. Your diet might already be a good PE diet. Generally speaking, a heart healthy diet is also a good PE diet.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Anyone that is already serious about health and diet is probably eating right for PE.

Start (aug '09) 6x5

Anything with protein, and some Essential Amino acids for muscle building/tissue repair.

My average day goes:

Breakfast:

Protein pancakes (Cup of egg whites, cup of oats, half a banana, and some cinnamon). Or 4-5 eggs, multivitamin, 30mg zinc, fish oil and 500mg of Vitamin C.

Then I take 5 grams of BCAAs, 2 grams of Beta-alanine, 3 grams of L-Arginine, 1.5 Grams of L-Citrulline, pre workout/PE.

Then I do my routines, and take 25 grams of whey protein after my workout.

For lunch I will have something with a lot of lean meat and vegetables. A snack 2 hours later, something like trail mix/greek yogurt.

And for dinner more lean meat and a salad, with a tbsp for cod oil, 300mg of magnesium, and 1tbsp of Psyllum husk powder.

At night I take 4 grams of L-Arginine and 2 grams of L-Citrulline before bed with some slow release casein whey protein.

I’m also a body builder, so that’s whats up with all the Amino acids, but they do wonders for penis growth aswell, I’ve gained 1” BPEL and BPFL in less than a month.

I take 3 supplements. I take vitamin D with magnesium. 50mg Zinc, TriFlex for my joints because I stretch a lot, and I’ve had injuries in the past, but not that many anymore regarding joints, dislocations.

I did go quiet easy as well after school started again, worrying about injuries for a little sucks. Takes away most of the fun.

In the morning I’ll wake up and fix me up a protein shake. I use muscle milk in powder form for protein, mix it with strawberries, bananas, milk, and 2 eggs. Kinda get’s my day going, and I’m ready to go to school. On a side note, I try not to eat out as much. if I do eat out I might have like a salad at McDonalds, or a parfait for desert, or right after. I drink a lot of Green Tea with Honey, I’ve heard those things effect erection levels and growth too. I eat a lot of meat. Potatoes. Pasta, and sometimes Pizza. But like Tootyfisty was going, I eat Food. Lol.

If you throw a daily dose of pineapple into the mix your significant other will thank you at BJ time.

I follow the Vegan cuisine. I have been doing that now for well over a year. I have gotten many benefits from it.

Would you mind opening a thread somewhere here and discuss a bit about the vegetarian diet? I am interested in hearing what benefits you have experienced.

A lot of those vegetarian diets don’t even work. Maybe for some people, atleast not for me

I’ve tried them in the past, and had bad results about it. I remember reading an old thread in here about a diet that actually shrunk the size of your junk. Talk about scary.

I’ve been juicing fruits and veggies for about 6 months now with great results.
