What do you do between stretches

My stretch routine (newbie) is 10-30 second stretches straight down(pulling very hard) and 10-30 sec straight out(9 o’clock) very hard stretch). What exactly do I do between these stretches?

Nothing. Start the next stretch as soon as you feel ready.

Now • 6.50''x4.96''

Goal • 7.00''x5.75''

Kegel, apply a warm rice sock to your tool, and or nothing. Keep it simple. The more you think about the little things, the more difficult PE (and other things in life) seem. Keep going.

Everytime I Visit Thunders, I Do 50 Kegels or More

I started to massage mine between stretches that way it’s loosened up for when I jelq.. Makes the most sense to me.


Start 1/22/11 BPEL 5.8" MSEG 4.125"

Goal BPEL 6.5 MSEG 5.5

I start the next stretch right away. It’s usually more like 27 seconds of stretching followed by three seconds of adjusting grip and starting the stretch in the new direction.


Start (Oct 2010) NBPEL: 5, BPEL: 5.875 inches, BASE GIRTH: 5.25 inches, MID GIRTH: 5

(November 2013) NBPEL: 5.875, BPEL: 6.625 inches, BASE GIRTH: 5.625 inches, MID GIRTH: 5

I think most people do a rotation of 4/5 stretches, those being left, right, up, down and straight out. Each is done for 30 seconds, this means you can do 2 complete sets when starting the newbie routine in the 5 mins that is allocated to stretching. Most people would complete the stretch then move on to the next in the sequence almost straight away.

I usually just shake it around a bit and, well, not really massaging it but kinda, just to get the blood around.

Yeah between stretches I shake it around too. I think it’s called Helicopter Shakes?
