What do you do after gains

Hey all not sure but it might have been asked before. What I wanted to know is what do you do after your gains do you have to keep doing these exercises for the rest of time lol or if I stop doing will my gains stay ?

Once you achieve your goals you should continue for at least another 3 months or so to cement your gains. After that it is always a good idea to keep up a maintenance program of doing your stretches or a brief jelq session several times a week, or a little bit every time you shower.

Yeah, you should go on a mainatinace program, or a reduced version to your current routine less times per week for a while. But why would you want to stop? I won’t.


Obsession is a word used by the lazy to describe the dedicated.
