Have been doing a newbie routine for a coupe of weeks now - 5 mins warm up, 5 mins manual stretching, 10 mins wet jelqing. Just wanted some motivation.

To those who completed a 3 month newbie routine.. What were your gains?

As a rough estimate, I think it’s quite common for guys to gain 0.25” - 0.5” length, and/or 0.125” - 0.25” girth in the first few months. Some more, some less. After that, or after about 6 - 9 months for some guys, gains tend to slow down and require more work.

Here’s some motivation. The PE size database shows that about 98% of guys gain.

This has been popping up quite a bit recently. Rather than join the forum and post a new thread with the first question you have, try searching for the answer you are looking for. We want you guys to be asking questions and getting educated on what you are doing.

However, this information you are asking for is covered to the moon in the members progress reports foru, and various other forums here.There are countless threads with guys experiences and what they started with and where they are now. Some of them are updated from start to finish.

Additionally, no one can tell you what your estimated newbie gains will be. That varies from person to person. Some guys get massive newbie gains and others get marginal gains. Browse the forum, get familiar and start a progress thread. Document your journey and raise concerns in there if you like. Guys will follow it and add input. Most of all, have fun!

Just to be clear. I’m not saying don’t post a question. I am asking that you search for the information you are looking for before you start a thread on it.

From newbie routine I have gained 1 cm in length (none in girth). On a period of 6 months, this gain came on the last 3 months, when I switch from 1 ON / 1 OFF to 2 ON / 1 OFF.


Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Now 7.5” x 4.9” (5.1" BEG)

Although I started around 11/12 yrs ago, the first 3 months is where I gained almost all of my gains that I still retain today (around 1.5” length and a small amount of girth). This was primarily from the stretching and Jelqing that is considered as the Newbie Routine (nothing to to do with me) but was pretty much the standard of PE exercises at the time.

I did quite a bit of hanging/clamping for a few months after that on a daily basis but didn’t see any further measurable gains. Over the years since, I’ve just done a bit of jelqing for a couple of weeks here & there to maintain EQ.

I’m now I’m re-focusing my efforts with pumping/jelqing routine as I’m really lacking in my girth. I’m trying to restrain myself to every other day which is what worked for gains in the beginning and believe is a big key to gains. It’s very easy to believe the ‘more is better’ analogy but, from experiencing plenty of overtraining in the past, I now know, as with weight training, cells must have the time to recover even with a conditioned penis!
