What did I do wrong
I started jelqing back in October just for fun. Then I found this forum and decided to start the newbie routine. I took some breaks because I feared an injury so I started to do it more cautiously and seriously around December. Anyways, this is where the problem arised; A week back after doing 30 sec stretches on different directions, I followed it by a light session of jelq. My penis felt super sensitive afterwords, but I didn’t mind it. I noticed, however, that whenever I pee’d my penis would be skinnier, but it would be at the right flaccid length. Again, I didn’t mind it, I thought it was normal. Now the next night, I did the same thing, but this time, after I finished stretching, my penis was turtling up. I then stretched back out and started jelqing and it was really sensitive. After that, my unit turtled up and when I woke up, it looked like it lost 1 inch of flaccid length (usually 3, depending on temperature). I am now worried because it’s still 2” flaccid and my erections feel smaller. Oh yea, my routine was 2 on 1 off, then I moved on to everyday.
-Did I overtrain my unit?
-Should I take 1-2 weeks off?
-Are jelqs the cause of this?
