I tried the newbie thing for 3 solid days and on the forth day when I did jelq my penis would not pump up. What have I done wrong?

Yes. After Two Days It Seemed As Though Me Erections Were Stronger Than B4 Pe But Know It Almost Seems As Though My Equiptment Has Lost That And Is Arching Much More Than B4 And Is Shorter Than When I First Started. I Stopped Pe 3 Weeks Ago After My 3rd Pe Session.

Maybe four days in a row is too much. Notice the Newbie Routine says 2 on/1 off.

BTW, turn the caps lock off there Infoseeker. And using “B4” is usually frowned upon here. Try to stay away from chat talk.

I have noticed something similiar in my first PE sessions…
So I find a solution after thinking about my routine carefully:
I remember that when it’s happen to me I was starting my PE routine after an hard masturbation session:p .
So, maybe it’s a usefull thing do not masturbate before PE , better after…
Try to learn how keleg quite well ,how many vets as says before it’s an essential technique to do well almost all the PE exercise and aid you to pump up more blood into the tunica.

Welcome to the wonderful world of “down days!” Down days are when your penis does not respond normally to PE efforts. It is usually a good indication that you need a day’s rest from PE.

If your penis is aching, you may have been jelqing with too much pressure. The fact that you noticed some change in just 2 days makes me believed that you are getting some expansion in your chambers. Just back off a little with the pressure on your jelqs; PE takes TIME. If you are overzealous, you could injure yourself and be forced to take time off to heal.

You did the right thing by listening to how your body is responding to PE. Always remember to use this skill to your advantage.

This is part of the learning curve that can be different for each person. What I usually do when I hit a down day is take one day off. If my penis doesn’t respond properly the next day, I take that day off too. Unless there is some type of injury, I rarely take more than 2 days off in a row. The amount of down days required will depend on how conditioned your penis is to the excercises you are doing as well as your general health/diet.

You’ve done a good job listening to how your body is responding to your efforts so far. I think that skill will help you considerably in your PE efforts!
