Whichever one you use the most. The best tool for PE is consistency.

If you are a newbie, stay away from devices. You can easily injure yourself.

Do a newbie routine for at least three months before considering devices. You will learn much about your penis, and that knowledge is crucial for avoiding injury if you decide that you need to add devices to your routine.

Additionally you may find you get all the gains you need with stretching and jelqing.


My biggest and perhaps most rapid gains came from executing the newbie routine. I went from about a 6” to around near enough 7”. It is a basic but most certainly an effective routine for many of us.

I would say hanging. Hanging uses a devise, manual PE does not.
