What can I expect after 2 weeks of this routine?

Hi all,
Just started again. The last time I did it, it was very disorganized and I quit. Anyway, this time around, I have been doing a routine like this:

Warm up; 10 min rice sock.
Stretching: 5 mins (20 secs per stretch)
Jelqing : 30 minutes (I don’t count reps)
Hand clamping: OK grip at the base, kegel as much blood as i can, then clamp for about 1 minute, then release. This goes on for a few minutes.

Now, I am not expecting any results of any kind, but what should I notice and what can I expect? I have done a search that says EQ will go up, but nothing else beside. Any feedback is good feedback!

looks good. 2 weeks menas probably temporary gains espacially flaccid ones.
Do it for at least 3 months then re evaluate.

You need to do PE for at least 6 months on a very consistent base to expect any temporary gains.

That seems like a lot of jelqing as a relative newbie. If your EQ hasn’t improved, cut back until it does.


11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")

5/9/12: BPEL: 6.5", MEG 5" (goal BPEL: 7.25", MEG: 5.5")

3/5/13: BPEL: 6.875", MEG 5 5" (max goal BPEL: 7.5", MEG: 5.75")

I think it makes it easier if you count reps. I would get fidgety doing a set time.

30 minutes of jelqing is too much & the clamp thing too when you are a newbie. Don’t think you gain faster the longer you jelq.

I jelqing 10 minutes maximum.. always! It’s not the time that trigger you to gain, it’s the effectivity of you technique in every single stroke that will do a good performance.

If you do 200 jelq strokes that is not that good and if you do 50 jelq strokes that is perfectly well done.

Wich one is your goal?

Do a full minded 10 minutes jelq session and you will see and feel the difference what I’m trying to say :-)

Heat is the key!

EQ might be better and maybe flaccid hang might be longer…

sorry, erase the temporary.

Wouldn’t be doing too much clamping too early in your PE career.

I would start with the Newbie Routine. Many here have seen quick results on the newbie including myself, in fact, I never

left the newbie routine when I started my more advanced exercises. I used the newbie as a warm up before my advanced

Is LESS more, or is MORE more? Good luck with your future gains.

2 weeks not much will change usually 4-6 weeks there should be some change is size
