What are the best tunica exercises?

I am trying to strecth my tunica as I feel this is currently my llimiting factor in PE.

Any suggestions?

Yeah, sorry about that. I realized after I posted that I shouold seach first.

So I performed the search and it seems that ‘A’ and ‘V’ Stretches are probably the best plces to start. I find these two stretches difficult to perform. It also looks like clamping or ballooning might help?

I am pretty sure I need to focus on the tunica as my BPEL and BPFSL are basically the same. Also, I have been doing more stretches and my ligs are fatigued, but I think that I need tunica stretching.

I have a low LOT as well.

I have gotten great erection size results with stretching straight up and only holding for 10-20 seconds each stretch. For only five minutes total time.

I always heard that pulling up will work the tunica

Clamping is used as a girth exercise and ballooning mainly for achieving better erections.

LOT is only a theory, most P.Eers do ignore LOT.

There is a theory that was developed by Remek and Iguana mentioning something about the relationship between BPEL and BPFSL (I think), have a look at it. It might help you.

Right. Clamping is the most dangerous PE technique.

And padawan said right: forget about LOT theory, for now: go for the K.I.S.S. approach.

The thing about the tunica is that it’s difficult to stretch as a whole. It’s more efficient to divide and conquer, to focus on hitting one portion. That’s why the V and A stretches are recommended. Other exercises that do this are: fulcrum hanging and wantsmore’s golf weight stretches for length, and for girth: O-bends and clamped bending.


Then: 6.75" x 5" ----> Now: 8.5" x 5.75"
