I’m currently 17.6 cm/6.92 inches.

I’m a good girth, so I’m not going to worry about that. I’m thinking of getting a stretcher. They claim I can be 10.5 inches in 1 year. What is realistic?

I figure I could wear it for 8-12 hours a day (not at first) if I wear it while sleeping. Is that an option or is it too dangerous?

Also, what are all the abbreviations everyone uses (what do they stand for)?

Alot of guys use the stretcher while sleeping. As long as it is adjusted reasonably, I don’t see why it would be dangerous to sleep with it.

As for the 3.5 inches in a year with that product.seems like a bit much. But gains are definitely possible with stretchers. However, no matter how effective their products can be, never ever listen to their estimations of how much you can gain with a certain device. It’s often inaccurate. Even if they guarantee that you will see those gains.

Yeah, don't worry. It did not take me 8 months to get these gains. I was more off than on when it came to PE :O

First off, don’t wear any extender while sleeping. It can cut off circulation to the glans and kill the nerves.

I believe that if you wore the extender 8-12 hours per day for a year, you could gain probably 1 to 1.5 inches.

Definitely stay away from putting contraptions on while sleeping. When I started PE I passed out with an elastic around my sac. Boy oh boy, that was a numb feeling I never want to revisit. Shit like that is just silly, what if the stretcher gets caught up on something and yanks your dick the wrong way?

If you want to make the most of a stretcher then do some stretching, with heat, then apply ads for however much time you can while awake. Don’t read any silliness about ANS until you know enough about PE to realize the risk involved. Even an ADS can do harm if your not looking at your penis once in awhile. Even worse, imagine having a heart attack in your sleep and the doctors finding it? - A joke, but possible.

You do not want to be 10.5”. You will realise that after much more reading here! :)

Everyone gains at different rates. No one knows if you will be an easy gainer or a hard gainer. No one has control over whether you under-train or over-train. Your consistency (absolutely vital) is under your control alone. Some guys gain half an inch length in a year, some gain an inch or more. If you expect more than that, you will most likely be disappointed, as it would be fairly rare. Regardless of the methods you use. Halve those numbers for girth.

Hi. Thanks everyone or replying. I don’t want a 10.5 inch dong. It actually sounds ridiculous, which is why I came here to find out what was realistic. I got my answer. I’m more concerned about NBPEL - I lose almost an inch between BPEL and NBPEL. It used to be more - I’ve grown 1/4 of an inch NBPEL to what it was just a year ago (dieting).

My wife had a previous partner with a “perfect” penis (perfect for her apparently). It was approximately 7.5-8 inches NBPEL.

My goal would therefore be about 23 cm or 9 inches BPEL, just over 5 cm/2 inches. I don’t really care if it takes a year or two.

Why would your wife make out she’s had a perfect penis, and make you feel inferior?

No offence just asking.

Just to clarify - she did measure it - against her hands - which is why I only have rough range.

Why would she mention it? Because I asked her about it. I want to be bigger for me (our sex life is great) and I wanted to know the best size of all the guys she had been with. She gets off on what I have and insists it doesn’t need to change at all. But of all the men she has been with she liked that size.

ibon00 is right women cant get a hold of size to any amount of exactness that is useful to us. What matters more is sexual technique. The other guy being referred to here was probably a good lover and even though you may be OK you might look at moves and techniques about love making that would plug you in better (pun intended lol).

As far as an extender goes. Think about this for a minute. An extender can only exert a specific amount of force. Even though it may have the capability of extending that force in a longitudinal way it still remains the same amount of force. That in and of itself is the limiting factor of an extender. Your penis will assimilate that force and gains will stop. Hence other forms of exercise, devices or techniques will be required to get to especially longer goals.

Realistic expectations: .5 to 1 inch in the first year, but I would say it is extremely unlikely that anyone would make gains of more than 1.5 in the first year.

Gains. Extremely difficult to average. Consistency is the key and correct technique. Some cocks do not grow. In an ideal world I would lie face down on a bed with a hole for my cock to poke thought. And my super model female servant would supervise my many hours of hanging per day, while I rested. Then we would record and analyse results. And her twin sister would be in charge of night time manual stretching sessions while I rested again. I would not have the inconvenience of trying to earn a living, this would be provided through independent means. With this routine and commitment I would expect good results .

On the other hand if I did a bit of manual stretching occasionally, I would expect different growth results.

So back to my original point, it is consistency and technique. Happy growing.

Although I think your concepts are a blast. :rolling: I would become bored rather soon. I don’t think there’s enough music to fill that time on the bed. I like the idea of someone acting as a personal PE trainer though. The objectivity might be very helpful to prevent plateaus and boredom. A little head between hanging sessions might be just the thing instead of jelq’s. I’m up for that. Excuse me,I need to go talk to the wife.
