What are real gains for beginners
How many non newbies feel that gains in the first two months are mostly a result of learning to bone press harder and a definite increase in erection quality?
I will be the first to admit that it took me quite some time to really learn how hard to press that ruler. And it is important to press really hard, because at that point, there’s no more room for inconsistency. But it can take some time (perhaps a couple of months) before we get the hang of how hard we should press. And we all know erection quality can make a difference in length, and we know PE does improve erection quality.
