What are general expected gains

Hi I’m a new to this kind of thing, but I was wonder what is the general time to see results and how large the results should be, if I used a basic warming up, stretching, jelq, and warm down routine?

It all depends on you!

You need to be committed to the program, and you have to accept the fact that your penis is not the same as another forum user. You will get either more/less gains than the next PEer, but that doesn’t mean you can’t do PE.

Start with the newbie routine, and once you get your package down there primed you can start exploring the more advanced techniques that should help you get to where you want to go.

Best thing to do is to set some short term goals and your “ultimate” size that you want to achieve.

Yeah that’s when you move to equipment. It’s easier with machines (simple ones.) I’m probably gonna get a power jelq and a pump, already got an extender and hanger. After an inch gain, it is really tough.

That second inch and second or third year separate the regular guys from the gods.
