Fowfers its a kind of exercise that you stretch you penis put it between your legs near the ass cheeks and sit on it locking the stretch

I don’t know if this is an official exercise or not, but one thing that helped me to really get a stretch was to pull my flaccid penis between my legs and hold it using one arm. That is, while standing up, bend your knees slightly, and reach behind your legs to grab your penis from behind with one of your arms and pull until you feel a comfortable stretch. Now, stand up straight, and feel an even greater stretch. Straighten your knees and thrust your hips forward slightly to intensify the stretch even more.

Go slowly. This is a very intense stretch! You don’t need to rip your dick out of it’s socket to get a good effect.

After I began stretching in this way, I noticed the girth of the base of my penis increase, and my length increased. The erection quality at the base of my penis seems to be much better, in that I am harder and thicker and the base than I used to be.

I need to say that even though I’m new to this forum, I’ve been doing PE for over 6 years now. I probably wouldn’t have done this intense of a stretch until at least 6 months to a year of regular beginner’s PE routine. I must advise all new to PE to go slowly. You only get one dick. Follow the newbie’s guide to it’s end before going to anything more advanced. That’s the safe way to go.so maybe if you’re new to PE, file this one away for the future? I don’t know..

Fowfers was one of the things a vet told me to do when I started stretching, but like any of these exercises, there needs to be a training period. Start off with 30-second or 1-minute intervals, and then keep the stretch going longer. It may hurt at first, but know the difference between a minor stretch and something like numbness.


Current: 6 3/8" BPEL, 5 1/4" NBPEL, 6 7/8" FSL, 4 7/8" MSEG

I don’t know. I mean, who hasn’t pulled his penis between his legs at one point. Everyone knows what they can handle, really. It doesn’t seem dangerous to me, but if it’s not in the newbie routine, I don’t want to get in trouble for endorsing it too early or something.

I think it’s probably safe to try fowfers, in my opinion. Just go slow.you don’t have to go for maximum stretch the first time out. Ease into it. That’s my opinion and advice.

Although you can’t pull in different directions like with your hands, that is a great technique for getting a good stretch. I have a hard time with my hands getting a good grip consistently, and even then it tends to hurt due to the grip.

When you first start doing fowfers, how long should you sit on it for?

I did it for about 5-10 minutes one time and I lost all blood in my penis from sitting on it. I did get a good stretch but it was the thinnest my penis has ever been after a session and I don’t like that.

Does anybody else get severely thin after a fowfer?

Start low, like 30 seconds to a minute. Then work you way up. Just get up and give your dick a chance to get some blood back into it. Remember, this isn’t a marathon; it’s more like a series of sprints.

Oh, by the way, I finally had a chance to read through the beginner’s routine and FAQ. Hadn’t done it yet because I’m not really new to PE, just new to the forum. In that guide, fowfers are described and mentioned, so it’s probably okay then for a beginning routine, I assume, since it’s in the newbie guide.

Yes, newbies can do fowfers. It’s easy to feel when they are becoming uncomfortable, and that’s the time to take a rest. It is quite possible to do too much, so build up slowly.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Some find fowfers a fantastic lazy exercise as you can complete them while having you hand free to accomplish other things, watch, cook whatever. It tended to give me a great flaccid hang a while back. Unfortunately I’m a avid lifter and my legs, specifically my hamstrings especially have grown to the point where I find them uncomfortable:( Great easy exercise though.
