What are Dicks Made Of and can we supply the building blocks?

I’m taking this line of thinking from the fitness world. When someone wants to gain muscle in any serious way, them must EAT more than what they need in order for the body to have the materials to build new muscle with. Muscle construction is expensive….There is also a max amount of muscle that can be built in a day, so flooding the body with TOO MANY Calories is useless and get one fat.

Training is stimulus. Nutrition is the supplies to build.
Stimulus + Supplies = Growth
Stimulus alone, no growth, nothing to build with….

Prompts for Thoughts:

What are penises made of?
Does the same relationship exist with penis building supplies?
Can we consume stuff that penises are made of and eliminate a growth bottleneck (not having the right supplies)?

For example ligaments are made of collagen…can we eat collagen to make sure we have enough to facilitate the building process?

Protein is the building block of most tissues. Too much won’t give better results though but too little probably would affect growth

Didn’t read everything but, my conclusion is yes in a way.. But what muscle would you compare it with?

Jelqing in a way seems like foam rolling/workout? Hanging and clamping and etc, would be considered strength training? I don’t know just food for thought?

I agree with Rahman810. Getting enough vitamin C in the diet facilitates the process as well.

The penis grows during puberty because special harmones are present that rect to increased testosterone and growth harmones. After puberty, the special harmones Are no longer produced so growth of the penis ceases even if testosterone or growth harmones are increased.

Accordingly, the only way to gain size after puberty is through PE which generates mitosis. However, this type of growth may be enhanced with proper diet, supplements, and vitamins.

I have wondered this myself more than once. Most of my growth has come in relatively short spans of time, and it makes me think “Well, what was I eating?”. But I rarely keep track of my macro-nutrients if I’m not trying specifically to gain or lose weight. But while muscle building and the best nutrition to aid in that process have been studied quite a lot, most scientists and doctors would still tell you that you can’t make your penis bigger, which most members here know is hogwash. Is protein more important, or collagen? Will a diet high in naturally anti-inflammatory foods help the healing and repair process? I can’t tell you.

I’ve just recently started taking bee pollen. Haven’t been taking it long enough to see a difference yet but it’s a super food that has tons and tons of benefits. I wonder if it could help with PE?

Do a google search on it, it’s very beneficial to the body.

I have the same phenomena, it is always short bursts, then nothing.

There has been talk in another thread of vitamin E supplement’s helping heal Peryonies’s due to injury. There has also been talk of Acetyl-L-carnitine helping reduce pain and reduce curvature due to the disease.

Common Vitamins and Supplements to Treat Peyronie disease

I only mention it because Peryonies often seems like underdevelopment of one side of the penis, and if these supplements can help fix that, it stands to reason that they may help on the overall size as well combined with a PE routine.

I may try taking some of the things on this list, see what happens. Couldn’t hurt.

Edit: PABA seems interesting, but I’m not sure how safe it is. Am I gaining in the summer months when using sunscreen, or when eating mushrooms and spinach? I wish I kept a better log now. PABA (Para-Aminobenzoic Acid) and Peyronies - Peyronie’s Disease Institute

Lol just fuckin eat bro. The gym rats told me to just eat and not worry and I would grow just as long as I’m not eating total garbage and they were right. If you don’t naturally have a good apetite then take a multivitamin, all they do is make you hungry 😋

The best gains for me have come while I was taking a workout recovery pill that is supposed to increase REM sleep. I generally wake up with a rock hard erection and wake up feeling rested. I can tell a big difference in my EQ when I take the pill. It is from GNC and consist of ZAM which I’m drawing a blank on what that means. I think Zinc, Magnessium and umm something else haha the pill also consist of melatonin, which for most people improves sleep. Would highly recommend taking ZAM for recovery and improving sleep. I believe that proper sleep and a healthy lifestyle can help pretty much anything. Eat healthy, exercise, be happy and get enough R.E.M. sleep and that’s probably all you need for growth through PE. Other than that you could look in increasing testosterone but that can have negative side effects. Try being more content with your size. Being comfortable in your own skin is very attractive to people. Being uncomfortable with yourself is easy to spot and can be a turn off. So regardless of anyone’s size be proud of it and comfortable with yourself. The confidence will go a long ways. Even if it is fake confidence. But don’t be arrogant, no one likes a dick.

Yes we have to fuckin eat bro. But there are subtler distinctions…If I just eat 10% of my calories from protien vs 30% protien there will be a difference in what my body can build…

Why glaze over at it and stay ‘just eat’? Just eating is for normal people.. Normal people are not trying to be huge cock athletes…

So I bought some collagen protien. Great Lakes Gelatin Brand. Apparently healthy folk like to consume this stuff.

On the can it says the body can assimilate this stuff to aid in building connective tissue.hmmm. gunna give this a try.
