Take your time

You need to look up dif stretching exercises on here. There are a lot. Like the guy above said it’s a journey, and take your time. But the sad thing is you need to put the time in. I put in 8+hrs a day in a stretcher and pump for 30min. Every other day I hang with the lg hanger along with my stretcher for 8hrs a day. The more time and tension you put in is when your gonna see gains. 10min is not even close to enough time put in. Hrs= gains.. Tension=gains.. Nothing else matters but rest days.

And remember. Sometimes it’s not all good advise in these forums.

Yepp my my friend, good advice to measure only when it looks and feels bigger. That’s at least what I try to do and sometimes I compare it to a big can of Gillette shaving cream as well to see if I’m finally as long as it. I’m so close by now I can damn near taste the victory, it’ll be a glorious day the day I conquer that damn gloriously big can of cream.

As long as a big can of Gillette shaving cream(7,5" or 19 cm), with picture proof in the 'full body picture' section. Pictures is the ultimate proof in the pudding, IMO.

Do more stretching and also add in some A-stretches using your wrists as a fulcrum. You just stretch your dick out and onto your wrist then you pull down on it with it laying plastered onto your wrist. It’ll give you an immense stretch and combine those with your regular stretches in every direction up, right, left, down and then straight out.
The A-stretches you only do straight down.

Then finish it all with some jelqing as jelqing is mainly girth exercise but it’s good to finish off with it to get a good blood flow going and engorging it. Think of it like one of those balloons that they make animals and such out of, they stretch it before blowing it up.
