Cczooc, by stopping and starting PE a few times did you lose your gains? Or when you started again in june was your dick pretty much the same (max) size that it was when you did PE?

I believe I lost about .25 inches BPEL when I took the break (I probably lost some girth too, but I wasn’t measuring it at the time.) I remember reading the ruler at 7” even when I had finished the 5 month stretch. I did not plan to stop at that point, however it just worked out that way due to my work schedule. I was not even able to complete any sort of maintenance or cementing routine.
I consider myself lucky that I was able to keep that .6” BPEL without any form of cementing. In the first month back at PEing I have gained that .25 back and was sitting at 7” BPEL when I last measured. Since then, I have intensified my routine, and will let you know how my growth has developed on the 20th.
I should reiterate that when I was first looking for PE routines I had found this site in it’s infancy. However there were so many competing ideas about how it worked, and what methods to use that the forums came off as mostly heresy without any backing. As such, I never really thought PE was more then some sort of urban legend, or “gimic” setup by various people to focus on male insecurities.
These insecurities are why I advocate more maturity prior to starting any form of PE. Maturity does not necessarily = age, but hbgreek brings up some of the concerns I would have with starting at a younger age.
