What about when you're ''done''

Lets say I reach my desired penis length and I’m satisfied with it.
What I’m I supposed to do then? Just stop with the exercises or like do them less often?
Maybe going from less, to no exercises at all at the end? Like ease it out over a time period?

And how often do you have to exercise to maintain your gain? Can you go from you routine (like 5 times a week) to 4 times a week and then 3 etc, and then come down to no exercises at all a week?

Ha ha, many questions. I’d be happy if someone could enlighten me.

Welcome to Thunder`s place.
From what I read around the forum, whenever you achieve your desired goal, you should not stop PE.
You should rather carry on for like a month, then start gradually decreasing the frequency of you exercises.
Then you should do them once in a while. I believe that to be once a week.

Anyways, I am new here, the veterans of PE will enlighten you more on this subject.

If you are satisfied with your gains and want no more, you can go on a maintainance routine. How much or frequently throughout the week is up to you. Half of your current routine about 3 times a week for a few months should cement your gains. But if you don’t want to PE for size you could always do it for penile health.

Cement the gains when you are happy with a maintenance routine.

If your worried you can do what’s called a maintenance routine, it’s basically a light routine you do every now and then to maintain your gains. But I’m not convinced it’s needed. From my experience one tend to loose a little girth and flaccid size, but cementing before quitting might help with that.

I have stopped completely, except went my Wife pulls on it at night when she is asleep and of coarse the pee pull which are just habit now. I stopped girth because I want to loose .3 inches and cement to 5.5 EG which I think is ideal. My BPEL is 8.125 and I am comfortable with that. I have stopped PEing for months now and I am of the belief that I have cemented. I stopped when I was gaining quickly, but I was satisfied with the length, but (now I’m not wining, kinda), but disappointed with the girth, it was to much for my Wife. She is slowly getting used to it. If you are satisfied, then you are finished with intense exercising. Get on the Newbie routine, it seem to be a good maintenance routine may do half of everything the Newbie offers.

I was about 6.8 BPEL X 5.0 and it took under a year, but I had an Ace in my pocket.

My Wife helped me PE, I didn’t have to hide, so we did this on a consistant basis like clock work, at about the same time everyday except on the days taken off. I don’t want to hijack this thread. Read this and it pretty much explains my Wife’s and my “success”. I have reached my goals

I’m an old fart, but an honest one. I am satisfied with my penis length, but I have also learned with this experience that bigger is not always better.
