What about when you're ''done''
Lets say I reach my desired penis length and I’m satisfied with it.
What I’m I supposed to do then? Just stop with the exercises or like do them less often?
Maybe going from less, to no exercises at all at the end? Like ease it out over a time period?
And how often do you have to exercise to maintain your gain? Can you go from you routine (like 5 times a week) to 4 times a week and then 3 etc, and then come down to no exercises at all a week?
Ha ha, many questions. I’d be happy if someone could enlighten me.
