What about this stretch?

When I stretch I pull the skin from the middle of my penis up to the head, or a little over the head,as if i were uncircumcised. This gives me a very intense stretch in my ligs. The muscles closest to my pubic bone(I think that is my ligs?) When I just pull from the head, I hardly feel a stretch, no matter how hard I pull. Is the way I do it the way you are supposed to do it? Or does my way support something other than length? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Are you sure you aren’t just feeling a stretch in the sking? I may not be visualising what you’re saying properly though.

I am not really sure either. I have read that you pull the skin down but that does not work for me. I do it like you do.

I have tried this particular stretch only to find that it was my skin and not my ligs at all that I was working. It is nice, however, for gains because if you have the skin slack, then the internal gains are made easier. But the best way to hit the ligs is DLD blasters or fowfers 100% erect.
