I use the system of everyday increasing the number of jelqs as the newbie routine says: “In 6 weeks time to increase gradually from 200 3-second strokes to 600”, so is it right to do so or shall I stay at a certain number for a few days and then increase? Is it possible my erection problems to come from a bad performance?


I say your should stay 200 reps for an entire week then add about 100 reps every week. That’s what I did with no problems, but then again I never had erection problems or anything. If you have erection problems only after your routine this could mean that you are overtraining your wang man, so step back in either reps or intensity. Hope I’ve helped.
