What a newbie/donkey mistake!!
This is my 3rd go around in PE and I never really paid much attention to exactly what BP and NBP meant. My very first go around I began measuring from my fat pad and thought this was BP. So, ever since then, until tonight, I never went back and reread the meanings of both. So, in just 5 minutes I’ve “gained” like 1/2 inch :) Haha. Atleast I can gladly now say I’m a legit 7”. Woohoo!
Anyone else ever make a ridiculously donkey mistake?
Also, BP is usually considered the most consistent method, right? Or should I stick with NBP? I haven’t gained any length in my first month, so I can always start using ‘true’ BP if that will be more consistent. I really ask this because I’m still trying to work off the last 12 lbs of my extra weight I put on last year and I’m afraid NBP may show me false gains from a reduced fat pad.
