What a difference heat makes

After reading a lot of great info on this site, I added heat to my hanging routine and man what a difference! Significantly more stretch and way less discomfort. Are my experiences typical of adding heat?

How do you apply the heat with hanging? Before/After?

Heat application

Mister W,

I use the rice filled sock method. Fill a sock about 2/3 with rice and then tie off so that it’s fairly loose. Microwave sock (rice will hold heat), wrap around shaft during hanging sets. Also use before & after with manual stretches to warm up & after to prevent turtle-ing. .

Thanks sober, didn’t occur to me that the rice sock would work during hanging. Interesting, I’ll keep that in mind. Thanks!

I used to practice PE without heat. After adding heat, I started to grow faster, and I had a shorter or non-existent recovery time.

So yeah, heat works.
