hi i am new here, since I start penis excerise two day ago, I used hot towel for 5 mins wrapping my dick and balls (sometime 4 to 5 mins) then I used wet jeqling for 100 strokes.

Is this right? Will it help? I just don’t to hurt my dick, just want a normal excerise, My goal is 7 in, right now i have 5.2 inches.

Am I doing it right?

Thats good enough for a warm up, you should add some stretching into your routine so you can add extra length. That has worked for me so far. Try the newbie routine that they have here in thunders, alot of people start with it to condition there unit into the whole PE thing so you don’t break anything down there.

Welcome hanyei! You should check out the Newbie thread at the top of the Newbie board. There is lots of good information, read it all. There is a newbie routine listed in there and you should follow that for a month or two. Just stay consistent and determined and you should see great gains. Good luck!

How long you used stretching? i don’t want t make my penis look like curve or wrong way…

Well basically I use the newbie routine and stretch in all the major directions for 30 seconds or so. Get used to this first then gradually increase time and sets of stretching.

Don’t stretch in awkward positions and you should be fine.jk! On a serious note do equal amounts of PEing on each hand to keep it even that way your penis will have balance.
