Clamping for only two weeks lowered my EQ with yesterday’s session being a clear indication of it because I couldn’t achieve an erection before bed and my morning wood was more like morning jello.

I found this odd considering I’m doing conservative clamping (I just stuck with 1 set of 8-10 mins clamping).

The routine I followed prior to clamping was this: warm up, jelqing, one set of pumping, warm up.

I never had issues with that and I monitored my PIs to make sure things were well (and they were).

After this, I decided to add one set of clamping in between my jelqing. So my routine for the past two weeks was: warm up, 100 jelqs, 1x8-10 min clamping, 100 jelqs, pumping, warm up.

I’m thinking of either going back to my previous routine or doing this: warm up, 100 jelqs, pumping, 100 jelqa, pumping, warm up.

What do you guys think? And do you think there’s any way I could add clamping back in the future or am I done with it for good?

Just like any method of PE, it is very easy to go overboard when clamping. Clamping does not mean you have to use maximum clamp force, that turns your cock purple and results in damage and then EQ problems.

I would say you can continue, but back off on the clamp pressure to something more in the moderate range.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

My penis is too small even when erect (4 inch girth) so if I’m not clamping all the way, I’m not getting any expansion.

Maybe try extra wrapping?

I’ve never tried the clamp b4 but I’ve heard alot of horror stories from clamping.

Yeah the horror stories keep me from clamping.. I’d say maybe just try the 2 pump sessions with jelq, that’s pretty much what I’m doing now and my EQ is pretty good with that.
