Welp, it happened.
Clamping for only two weeks lowered my EQ with yesterday’s session being a clear indication of it because I couldn’t achieve an erection before bed and my morning wood was more like morning jello.
I found this odd considering I’m doing conservative clamping (I just stuck with 1 set of 8-10 mins clamping).
The routine I followed prior to clamping was this: warm up, jelqing, one set of pumping, warm up.
I never had issues with that and I monitored my PIs to make sure things were well (and they were).
After this, I decided to add one set of clamping in between my jelqing. So my routine for the past two weeks was: warm up, 100 jelqs, 1x8-10 min clamping, 100 jelqs, pumping, warm up.
I’m thinking of either going back to my previous routine or doing this: warm up, 100 jelqs, pumping, 100 jelqa, pumping, warm up.
What do you guys think? And do you think there’s any way I could add clamping back in the future or am I done with it for good?
