Well it happened today
Being doing PE for a while now,
My routine is 400 jelqs dry, or 400 jelqs wet alternating it
And then 30 sec up 30 sec down 30 sec right 30 sec left = 1 stretch
Do this 1 stretch, 20 times
Hope that makes sense, and today heard the wonderful wonderful words my goodness that’s a big one when I was getting jiggly with a young lady.
Couldn’t believe how good it felt when she said that
So guys keep going, the hard work and effort it so worth it, don’t think I will ever stop now
