Hi guys

Being doing PE for a while now,

My routine is 400 jelqs dry, or 400 jelqs wet alternating it

And then 30 sec up 30 sec down 30 sec right 30 sec left = 1 stretch

Do this 1 stretch, 20 times

Hope that makes sense, and today heard the wonderful wonderful words my goodness that’s a big one when I was getting jiggly with a young lady.

Couldn’t believe how good it felt when she said that

So guys keep going, the hard work and effort it so worth it, don’t think I will ever stop now

How long have you been doing this routine? What kind of gains did you receive?

Been building up for about 3 months on the newbie routine

Keep reading about hanging and pumping etc

Anything like that I should add

Oh and what do you do with clamping what does that do

If you are still gaining then just keep doing what you are doing for now. You can worry about hanging, pumping, etc. when your gains stall.

I don’t really understand your stretches, how much time to you spend stretching total?

400 dry jelqs? You really do that much and don’t get injured?

I have built up started at 200 then moved to 300 then to 400 jelqs,

Watched the videos and seem to be doing it right lol

Always warm up always, and do dry jelqs one day and then wet jelqs the next day

Interesting… I’m doing 30, started with 25 because I’ve been told they’re much more intense than wet jelqs I shouldn’t ever go above 100. :/

Nobody told me not to so just thought 100 was a good number

Haven’t had any pain and if I ever did would stop immediately

They can chaff which you have to watch out for, hence doing dry one day then wet

What stats did you start off with?

And what are they currently?


Current Stats: 6.9BPEL/6.4NBPEL 5.5MEG.

Current Goal: 7BPEL/6.5NBPEL 5.75MEG.

Congrats on the pretty rapid gains. I’ve been going for nearly 8 months now and P.E, although not increasing my erect measurements by much, has done wonders for my flaccid measurements, my EQ and, one thing I’m most happy about, lets me last longer in bed.

I’m currently experimenting with a stretch-heavy routine, and only doing about 100 wet jelqs per day. Throwing in the odd fowfer and slinky when it feels right. So far so good.

Would be interesting to know your stats.


Starting BPEL: 7.0, EG: 5.0

My Dream: BPEL 8.0, EG 6.0
